Lunar Luxury is a consulting house operated from New Delhi, India. It offers two disciplines, by appointment only:

• The Architect — structural Vedic reading of the janma-kuṇḍalī, delivered as a written report (PDF or sealed letter).
• The Oracle — high-fidelity transmission session, delivered in a sitting (in person, video, or sealed letter depending on tier).

Each tier's page is the contract: what is delivered, the turnaround, the cap, what is refused. Read the tier page before booking.

Tiers priced under ₹33,333 are bookable directly at checkout via Razorpay. Sealed engagements (Tier-W mātṛ-tarpaṇa, 90-day Architect retainer) require an application by email; the house replies within seven (7) days and the engagement begins only when you have agreed in writing.

At checkout you provide your name, email, phone number, and birth data (date, time, place of birth). The booking confirms the appointment slot; the work begins only after your written consent on scope.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Razorpay; the house never sees or stores your card or UPI details.

Full payment is due at booking for self-serve tiers. For sealed engagements an invoice is issued; payment terms are agreed in writing before the work begins. Failed payments cancel the booking automatically.

Every reading, written report, sealed letter, and PDF the house delivers is © Lunar Luxury, prepared for the named client only. You may keep the document, share it with practitioners advising you, and quote from it for personal use. You may not republish, resell, train models on, or use it for commercial purposes without written consent.

The frameworks, methods, and house language (the Architect's structural method, the Oracle's transmission protocol, the tier architecture) remain the property of Lunar Luxury.

The canonical refund matrix lives on the Refund policy page; the same numbers apply here:

• Cancel > 48 hours before — full refund to the original payment instrument.
• One free reschedule — you may move any appointment once at no charge.
• Cancel within 48 hours — 50% refund.
• Vāṇī-Patram (₹6,666 oracle-async) — full refund before recording begins; non-refundable once the voice-note has been recorded.
• Once service has begun — once drafting or recording of the deliverable has begun, the engagement is non-refundable. No-shows are not refundable.

The house reserves the right to cancel an appointment in case of practitioner illness, force majeure, or scope mismatch; in such cases a full refund or rescheduling is offered.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation between you and the house shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi, Delhi, India.

Before any litigation, both parties commit to a 30-day written conciliation window. The house always prefers conversation over court.

The Architect names structure in writing. The Oracle holds transmission in a sitting. Both make dated, calculative reads of timing and structure — never fear, never guarantees. Neither replaces a qualified physician, attorney, therapist, or chartered accountant. If you are facing a medical, legal, psychological, or financial situation, please consult the appropriate licensed professional — and we will gladly read alongside their work, not in place of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunar Luxury's liability for any direct damages is capped at the amount you paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including decisions you take after a reading.

Your privacy is governed by the separate Privacy Policy. Birth data is treated with the same care as health data.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are flagged on the homepage and the “last updated” date at the foot of this page is revised. Continued use of the house after a published change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
