A consulting house is what it refuses. This page is the constitution of the practice — refunds, refusals, scope, privacy, the application gate, and how to reach the practitioners.
Live sessions. A 48-hour cancellation window applies to all live consultations (Architect-Consult, Oracle-Reading, and the 20/35/45-minute Oracle tiers). Cancellation requested ≥48 hours before the scheduled start is refunded in full to the original payment instrument.
Report-only tiers. Written tiers (Architect-Quick, Architect-Report, Oracle-Patram) are non-refundable once the report has been delivered. Before delivery, full refund applies on request.
Sealed-circle applications. If your application to a sealed tier (Mudrita-Vāstukāra · Mudrita-Darśinī · Pitṛ-Prāyaścitta) has not yet been accepted by the practitioner, the deposit is refundable in full. Once accepted and scheduled, the standard live-session window applies.
How to request. Write to hello@lunarluxury.in with the Razorpay order ID and the reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed within seven business days.
We refuse intake requests in any of the following categories. Refusal is a feature of the practice — bound to KAAL Truth #5: honesty over flattery.
Refused intakes are returned with a single-line acknowledgement; the payment is refunded in full. See Provenance · Tier-N for the full discipline rationale.
Delivers — signed structural readings: chart analysis, daśā arc mapping, varga microstructure, muhūrta / vāstu architecture, ritual logistics, written reports.
Does NOT deliver — event predictions, success guarantees, future-state promises, gambling or trading guidance, medical or legal verdicts.
Delivers — high-fidelity tarot, prepared-chart Vedic transmission, sealed written letters, reiki transmission by request.
Does NOT deliver — predictive certainty, guaranteed outcomes, manifestation rituals, replacement for therapy or medical care.
Delivers — multi-session engagements, sealed correspondence, sustained 90-day attention, ancestral ritual logistics.
Does NOT deliver — assured outcomes, escalation beyond the named tier scope, anything inside the refusal list above.
Birth data is private. We do not share, sell, or publish birth charts, intake details, or session content.
Intake form data is stored in the order notes of the Razorpay payment record only. There is no separate customer database in the current architecture — the booking trail is the record.
Email correspondence with the practitioners (hello@ · enterprise@ · oracle@) is held on the house mailbox; we do not forward, syndicate, or sell that thread.
Anonymised structural patterns (without name, birth coordinates, or any identifying detail) may be referenced internally for pedagogy or research notes. If you require even that to be excluded, say so in your intake and we will mark the record accordingly.

Sealed tiers — Mudrita-Vāstukāra (Architect), Mudrita-Darśinī (Oracle), and Pitṛ-Prāyaścitta (multi-day ancestral) — are application-gated. They are not bookable at checkout.
An application opens a written conversation with the practitioner. We review intake before accepting; roughly half of applications are accepted. The acceptance rate is not a sales filter — it is a fit filter. The sealed engagement is sustained attention, and the practitioner protects the calendar accordingly.
Rejection is silent by default. If we do not accept an application, no public reason is given and no public mark is made. If you would like a written note of the reason, request it explicitly in your application and we will write one privately.
