Per-tier refund terms. Live sessions are most flexible (48-hour window); written work is non-refundable once drafting begins; sealed engagements are committed work after acceptance. Refund requests are processed within seven business days.
A blanket 14-day grace applies from the date of purchase for any tier where work has not yet started. If you change your mind within 14 days and the practitioner has not begun drafting, scheduling, or applying for a sealed engagement, the fee is refunded in full to the original payment instrument. The per-tier matrix below governs once work has started.
Full refund if cancelled before drafting begins. Once the reply is drafted (typically within 24 hours of payment), non-refundable.
Full refund up to 48 hours before the scheduled sitting. Within 48 hours, the sitting can be rescheduled once at no charge; cancellation forfeits the fee.
Full refund any time before the report draft begins. Once draft begins, non-refundable. Delivery target is 14 days; draft typically begins within 3-5 days of payment.
48-hour cancellation window — full refund if cancelled ≥48 hours before scheduled start. Inside the 48-hour window, the session may be rescheduled once at no charge; further cancellation forfeits the fee.
Deposit refundable in full until the application is accepted by the practitioner. Once accepted and the first session/reading scheduled, non-refundable after the first session is held. The engagement is committed work.
Assessment fee refundable in full if the ritual is not subsequently scheduled. Once muhūrta-dates are fixed and ritual materials are commissioned, the ritual fee is non-refundable.

Include the order ID, the tier purchased, and a brief reason for cancellation (no detailed justification is required).
Acknowledged within two working days. Refund processed to the original payment instrument within seven business days of acknowledgement.
