One canonical rule across scheduled work: full refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before; one free reschedule; a 50% refund if you cancel within 48 hours. Written and recorded work is non-refundable once drafting or recording begins; sealed engagements are committed work after acceptance. Refund requests are processed within seven business days.
For any tier, while the practitioner has not yet begun drafting, recording, scheduling, or accepting a sealed engagement, the fee is refunded in full to the original payment instrument — no questions asked. The per-tier matrix below governs the moment work begins: scheduled sessions follow the 48-hour rule (full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before, one free reschedule, 50% within 48 hours), while written and recorded deliverables become non-refundable once drafting or recording begins. This statement is mirrored in /terms §5.
Full refund if cancelled before drafting begins. Once the reply is drafted (typically within 24 hours of payment), non-refundable.
Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled sitting. One free reschedule is allowed. Cancellation within 48 hours of the sitting is refunded at 50%. Non-refundable once the sitting has begun.
Full refund any time before the report draft begins. Once drafting begins, non-refundable. Delivery target is 14 days; drafting typically begins within 3-5 days of payment.
Full refund any time before the voice-note recording begins. Once the recording is made or the reading delivered, non-refundable. Delivery target is 7 days; recording typically begins within 3-5 days of payment.
Full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours before the scheduled start. One free reschedule is allowed. Cancellation within 48 hours of the start is refunded at 50%. Non-refundable once the session has begun.
Deposit refundable in full until the application is accepted by the practitioner. Once accepted and the first session/reading scheduled, non-refundable after the first session is held. The engagement is committed work.
Assessment fee refundable in full if the ritual is not subsequently scheduled. Once muhūrta-dates are fixed and ritual materials are commissioned, the ritual fee is non-refundable.

Include the order ID, the tier purchased, and a brief reason for cancellation (no detailed justification is required).
Acknowledged within two working days. Refund processed to the original payment instrument within seven business days of acknowledgement.
